Prior authorization is not necessary. After we receive your unit, we will send you our estimate of the cost of repair. Your quote will be faxed, if a number is provided, or sent through the mail if not. We will repair your unit after we receive your authorization. The authorization can be verbal, or by Purchase Order.

Make sure that the cleaner is packaged (the original packing materials are the best) with sufficient padding to protect from shipping damage.

Please include your name, company name, complete billing address, complete shipping address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, and a brief description of the problem.

Warranty Repairs
All Branson ultrasonic cleaners carry a generous factory warranty. If your cleaner is under warranty, include a copy of your original dated receipt or other proof of warranty, and we will immediately repair and return your cleaner. For warranty periods check your owners manual, or call, fax, or email Customer Service at the number below.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs
You will receive an estimate of the cost of repair for your approval before proceeding.

Purchase Orders
Master Sonics is a repair service of Branson Ultrasonics Corporation. If your company uses Purchases Orders, please make them out to:

You will be billed directly from Branson Ultrasonics after the repair is complete, and payment will be made to them, either by check or credit card.

Expedited Repair Service
Normal repair turn-around is within 48-hours (excluding the time required for your approval of out-of-warranty repair costs) from receipt. Expedite service is available for critical repairs. For more information, call Customer Service at the number below.
